Just like the title says, what legit websites can I use to learn white hat SEO from scratch FOR FREE? I only know about SEOmoz and I've started doing some reading on that. Can someone recommend other legit sites that 'teach' SEO from scratch (preferably through videos) FOR FREE? I prefer videos over reading.
One question: Blackhat SEO keeps you in fear of Google's updates (such as Panda and Penguin). Is there any fear with Whitehat SEO? Or can I have a peace of mind knowing that even though the results will take time but I won't be hit by any unexpected nuclear bombs like the aforementioned updates?
