It really depends on what the person needs the VPS for - you are going to get many different answers to this question

Theres so right answer... it depends what the needs are for, onshore, offshore, what they will be hosting etc.

A VPS which costs for around $25 is what I'm looking for with good speeds. But currently I'm trying to collect money for it. Only collected $9.30. A lot more to go.
