What can you suggest me to buy for 500-700 USD ? Physical or virtual anything.

Will it be worth buying a good premium domain of that price like 3 alphabet .com domain ?

Indeed. I agree with Fawad, if you have everything you need. And if your family is okay when it comes to money. Donate it to someone from your town, to some school, some poor family. It would be way better than buying an Xbox 360, or something like that.

No, seriously. You wouldn't be able to get a good domain for 700$, domainers are real businessmen. 3 Char domains are being sold for prices like: 5,000$ and not 500$ or 700$. Think of some site concept, if it's going to be a forum, buy the license for the forum software, get yourself domain & hosting. There would be no point in buying an already established forum, if they were any good, they wouldn't be put up on sale for money like 700$.
