heh SP32 its 2 late to give away links in my sites because i gave them all away.Last site i gave away was Celebs4.Us and Mindy got it
 
Set up a site for some people who really need it. Im sure you are pretty good at it

Do it and give them hosting for some time less than 6 months, as you are setting up a site for them

Make a contest or some thing like that.
