It seems like a custom script... but you can find free or warez`d scripts that will do the same. Anyways you need some powerful servers to run that kind of scripts.
Can anyone tell me what this particular feature is called and maybe aname of a script which has this feature.
Now I don't want users have to be premium, I want it anyone can download without visiting site, only uploaders have to visit.
