It is Intel Dual core .. 2.93 Ghz (Compaq Pressario SR1712)

Its no too old.. launched just before COre2Duo

btw, u didnt get Hard disk temperature :P

my laptop is fucking huge.. 18.4 inch screen so the temp is always a bit higher.. ill post my desktop temp later

Yours is shown in F, 127 F is 53 C. So it's not that high.
