What is the right way to get more Unique visitors to my site?

Indeed i Get 150.000 on Alexa and google page rank 2 and i have about 5000 total visit per day from about 200 countries BUT i have about 300 to 400 UV per day and i see many other site have 3000 or more UV per day so please i need to know what is number 1 reason to get more UV??
or how to make new UV come to my site ?

Please i need to know how to get that done in legal ways no cheating

Alexa is not that reliable and quick in accessing site.
It takes time to crawl the website.
So, it is better to check through Google Analytics or Google Webmaster Tool.
