What is the Image Resize mod called?

What is the mod called where if an image stretches the form it is automatically re-sized and can be brought to full size by clicking "See the full sized image" or something along those lines.

lokiloki's reply was a mod for 3.7, I use 3.8. I already knew about that 3.7 one, should have put the version in OP though.. nvm. xD
