What is the fastest way to get scene releases

What is the fastest way to get to scene releases? Is there any paid service? I will soon launch a new unique site and I will need movies and tv shows in HD as fast as possible after the release. I am prepared to pay well for this. Does anyone here run such service?

There is something know as Topsites :p Just google it.

All scene groups first release there and then it gets leeched everywhere :)
 
Getting top site access isn't easy, and paying (well, I wouldn't say it's 100% safe at your level). If I were you, I'd get a large box, setup remote desktop on it and install an iRC client, and make it leech releases on auto from SCC (get an invite first of course), and once it's seeded to a ratio of around 1:2 or something, you can pull it off. Good luck with whatever you plan on doing.

Or, check scenerls.org (the pre times are pretty good).

It will probably end up like that. I was just curious if there was some service like CyberMind posted in this thread: http://www.wjunction.com/showthread.php?t=26396. (I found it originally on different board and he promised there releases just minutes after they are released.)

Well I plan unique high quality video streaming site, ideally I would need already unpacked video files and remotely upload them for conversion.
 
different scene release blogs release certain things faster than others. RLSLOG might release some tv shows first but afterpre.com is definatly better in the music -mp3 section. And sometimes it may be slower with some releases

These are some scene release blogs that might help you, like Blaze said topsites get their hands on it first.

I've heard some private trackers are good, and sometimes then you have to deal with a torrent ratio

Afterpre is automated and rlslog is not.

Private trackers is actually at least as good as these topsites, just take scc for an example.. their pre-times for a movie can be from 2 teconds to a minute.. it's simply perfect and who cares if you're a minute late ...
 
I hear that. I am a member of a couple private trackers, one of them is really strict about seed ratio so for me I usually try to download what I need through websites. If I am having trouble finding something, or if I really want the release for personal use, then I will download via torrent and seed (which I dont mind if it's something I'm going to use)
 
Top Sites cost money, private trackers are free. SCC & GFT are places you want to look for. PreToMe is a great tracker for pretimes as well.
 
Which private tracker releases French movies & German XXX DVDrip

I am looking for the pvt tracker site where I can get French movies and German xxx Full dvdrip movies.
need to know the tracker where this items are released fast.

I have scc,ipt,tday, none of them rls those material regular.
