Clocking is one kind of SEO technique where you open one site and it gets redirected to other site.
Cloaking is a form of the doorway page technique.

Cloaking is an black hat seo. It is used to make search engine crawler fool but if you caught by search engine your website will be penalized. By cloaking you made two different page one for showing search engine and other is for user.
