if you mean what host is best for rdp, there is simple answer
it depends where is your rdp located
in usa, you'll have better speeds on usa based hosts like fileserve for example
in nl, you'll have better speeds on eu bassed hosts like wupload for example

in term of UI, RDP is the best as it is just like you're using your home PC.
for uploading/downloading from filehosts, it depends on location of the server. example, FS & HF will give better speed if the location is in US while RS will give better speed in Europe.
