What happens if i exceed my allowed CPU limit?

what happens if i exceed this limit?

Many people suspend your account.
If you're on a VPS, you'll get a database error for sometime and it'll be cool again.

Ask your host coz there are some limitations on usage of CPU resource.

well probably suspend your service because of high cpu usage. That is low, I got one host up to 130%

i think they will first inform you and will tell you about it & tell u to upgrade your plan, if you disagree they will suspend your account.

But i think good host will give you a warning be4 suspension.

yes, i was afraid of that...now iam using 3% (total 4.5%), when i contact them they told me they will inform me when the upgrade is needed...

Yeah that is pretty low it could be because your host server is a small one, As i have a qaud core on 6 gB of ram i usually allow up to 15 - 20 % cpu
