You can TRY using their contact form, but I highly doubt you will get any answers at all
and IF you do they will just say rank is auto don't ask us...

They do not look after their affiliates at all.

My personal experience with FreakShare is not great, they still owe me money and
simply ignore any contact. I have marked them off as a loss and moved on.

There will probably be some FreakShare lovers jump in here and bash me for posting
shit about FreakShare, but they can kiss my ass

Use FreakShare at you own risk.

Freakshare has finally released his payouts

i have asked for payout on july 19th and today finally they payed me:
I thougth it was a scam and now it seems not to be

HAS ANYONE ELSE MY SAME SITUATION??????

Furthemore i understood why someone thinks it pays lower than expected : if you want to be paid as lite you must be 100% lite, if you want to be paid as vip you must be 100% vip. OK????

Customer service is non existing. The ranking system sucks, change to another filehost and get better customer service and higher earnings.
