1) of all change your favicon immediately. if you will not do that you will loose your blog within 24 hrs. you are running on blogger and its policy states that you must show a warning to user before he enters in 18+ blog.

2) buy a domain which your user can remember. short domains are always best. if .com is not always go for .net or .org

3) do some more work your theme and try to add a top navigation menu in your blog
