Well I'm happy to see that many of you would support such an idea.

The next step now is to get people submitting well known bad hosts to be listed. The list has to be populated before it can be used of course so i'd need help with that.
 
I think that the list should be hosted by a small group of people who are dedicated to maintaining the list, on its own server, own domain, etc.

Because things that would completely ruin the project would be A) People blacklisting for bad reasons, or 2) Having 10 different versions of the blacklist running around.
