You can use baking soda and warm water to make a mixture for face wash. This prevents bacterial attacks. 2 times a day, prepare face bath.
Also, ice cubes, pressed on that spot, several times a day, do miracles. Wrap it in a towel, press on your pimple. Results are in 1-2 days.

Use those combined.

Wash & Dry

Absolutely as everyone else has said... Wash regularly.

When I was a teenager, I was told to use toothpaste on spots to dry them out. I've heard lots of fors and againsts on this - but I can tell you from my personal experience that I do not have any acne pits in my face from doing this :)

Best wishes

Don't use toothpaste, it will indeed dry them out but you will have a spot since toothpaste seems to burn the skin when you leave it on for a while.

I usually just take a Aspirin pill and mix it with a little bit of water
and apply it to the pimple. It almost instantly reduces the redness and the swelling
and dries out the next day, leaving no spots.

Don't wash regularly.

You wash your face with "face soap" two times a day; once in the morning, once in the afternoon.
You can wash with just normal water (temperated) 2x in between. Reason why is that if you dry out your face too much, your sebum glands creates even MORE oil, thus, you'll end up with MORE spots.

Depending on how bad your acne is there's natural ways to combat it:
-B6 Vitamine
-Change pillow sheets every 4 days
-Wash your face with water after a workout
-Drop the milk and turn to soya (IGF-1 is found in milk)
-Keep protein levels a bit lower
-Get your 8 hours of sleep
-Drink a LOT of water.

...I used to have really bad acne for a period of time, so sort of knows what it is to go through.
The dermatologist prescribed me tetralysal 300, I underwent laser, IPL and skin-peeling. Only thing that helped was the tetralysal (antibiotics). Going into tougher strengths you'd need roaccutane.
