i've seen people host warez sites on godaddy just host, host gator, etc and not get caught.

it doesn't matter where you host, you just may or may not get caught.
It all depends on 1- if someone finds out some how
or 2 - sum1 reports you for having nulled VB / IPB

True that sandin0, I saw someone that owned a wares website and they were hosted in United States :o same thing with me but I was hosted in the Netherlands but the DC was in The United States
