What Countries Not Have VPN Data Retention?

Hello Friends I from Portugal and I want Open VPN service but without "logs" data retention of users.


Please tell me what countries not have any vpn data retention?

Government surveillance laws are changing rapidly, so can't suggest any particular countries that really protects your privacy but still you may try Sweden , Russia , Hongkong , Singapore , Cyprus . There some more but these are good to go for now . Also if you’re concerned about this laws, one of best things to do is stay informed and get involved. You can join here to get updated with the latest updated laws and their changes :- https://www.eff.org/ . Remember If a country introduces new data retention laws, then a VPN Services will have to comply with it as well .

Ive tried several VPN providers over the years and was never 100% satisfied. But mostly its the more you pay, the better service you get.

I would recommend prq.se, package 3 that goes for 34$ a month.

But I need help now:
I not keep logs but if someone do hacking with vpn or illegal activities how I resolve this? Because I dont know who used it :(
