What CMS is the best for warez blog?

Guys, I am thinking to start warez blog, and wondering what CMS is the best for it.

go with a forum

and if you still want a blog i say datalife engine or wordpress

Forum are the best for warez and if you plan to submit to katz, blogs dont do very well and im sure mostly everybody else will tell you to go with a forum

yea but they wont pass the 2* rating, theres a few that are higher rated than 2* but they are huge, with a forum you can make it all the way to 5* but it takes timee.
