What are those AD companies name?

Hello all, recently when I was looking for an advertising companies, I've noticed that;
http://adnetworkperformance.com
http://tradeadexchange.com
in some websites, I can't access those sites but I'M %100 sure they are sub-domains of some ad companies, any one know the companies behind them?

I was looking at the Google Search Results and I found that these are Virus networks. I suggest you to stay away from this kind of networks and domains.

they are similar to pop-ads and just look super bad. Like another user said they can be link to viruses based on what they promote.
