To summarize, you were provided a VPS with cPanel.

You opened a ticket asking how to create ftp account. You were told to open a thread at our forum and someone from our side will provide you a tutorial there.

You were told to use 2086 for WHM. Buy you kept on blaming us and telling us stupid it is wrongly written 2082 for cPanel in our KB.

Fine, and after that you started to post abusive languages in tickets. That is the entire history.

Yes VPS orders exclude $15.

They Totally suck. I never recommend anyone to go for Webthosting.

You know it very well the bank deducts Rs 165. So you have to add that amount.

There has been NO abusive language used by me. You have NEVER tried to call me. And as for the "Forum", to quote your response to my ticket "Our new forum will be open tomorrow, so you can post there and your peers will respond". There was only 1 post on there and only 2 members and 1 was ME!!!!! There was only 2 sections, 1 ironically was to deal with complaints.

All you are doing is to try and make yourselves look the good guys, that will never happen.

Your service is trash, your attitude to ppl's questions is deplorable, and your refund policy is a total sham.

And you still have NOT refunded the difference have you?

I too say that you are worst hosting company in the world and if other are considering using you they may as well throw they money in the fire. At least that way they will get something useful from their money.
