Are they scammers? Their website suddenly disappeared and can't be accessed. They haven't paid yet.

Just checked on my end, and the site’s still down, getting a timeout error. It could be temporary or something more serious, hard to say right now. If they’ve missed a payment and now the site’s gone, that doesn’t look great. Has anyone been in touch with their support or seen any updates elsewhere (like Telegram or X)?
