How long do you take to setup rdp????i've placed an order yesterday and still no information.....and also raise a ticjet no respond to that as well

We have replied to your ticket. We are aware of the situation and it's been handled.
Kindly remove IP from the ticket because of security reasons.

Don't subscribe it's a ghost service,no one reply to you and there is not access to the site from his rdp he block access with his own ip.

i am a customer and i send ticket and no reply , the issue of the ticket closed without respond after 5 days.

Your tchat service is connected only 1 time per day for 2hours maybe , not 24h/24h.
it's impossible to join you because you locked your site with your own ip,i mean when i want to access to your site i cant : sucuri firewall.
from 3 ips different.


and you reply in wjunction after 1 week.
It's enough for me,i quit your "service".Bye

Your ticket ID please. Note: We do not allow our Servers to be used for making payments on our website. This is the main reason for your ticket getting closed.
