also,explain what it does.like features,bugs,changes etc.it`ll help ppl who dont know what its about as well as people who would like to know for eg,what version they are on etc.

I don't want to demoralize or anything but don't make applications just for the sake of it. Features like these are already available in browser addons like web developer addon , etc.
Also, who would use it? maybe you will need all the images for making image sprites? Then you can think of adding that feature also. Except for a ripper/owner no one would download all the images of a webpage. Just saying.
