hello guys.. I want to send money.. but I didn't recieve the sms confirmation !!! webmoney
send money via escrow transaction no require sms code for confirmation... !! but what is escrow what should to have ?

I think the best thing to do is to send Webmoney a support ticket. They will change their sms settings for you and that will fix the sms delivery issue.
Usually they reply within 24 hours.

You should just create a Support Ticket, Then one of the administrators will resolve your messaging issue.
That happens with WebMoney at times, Not a big issue as such.
OR you can just exchange the money to some other Payment processor like PayPal.
