It sucks that webmoney is keep on asking me to have a formal passport before creating a Keeper Classic. i've read some procedures from their site and there's no direct step by step procedures to enable it. is there anyone here who can teach me how? i can give at least 10 euros for anyone who can help me obtaining a formal passport.
