webmin virtualmin and usermin

I used to use webmin once, but just webmin only...

Webmin is the master, probably Virtualmin is the reseller but not sure.

Its better to use webmin if you're using it yourself, but for reselling or hosting its better to go with Cpanel or DirectAdmin.
