i asked about the domain and he said it was ok

and the skin is completly different to the one used there

The skin and domainname may be different but it still looks the same and to become successful in any ninche you have to be 'different'
All I can say is pink/purple theme is over-used - as a porn forum you don't have to use such colors to let people know its a porn forum

And most important what you have to ask yourself is: what (will) make(s) my forum different from all the other porn forums?
Thats a question that you'll have to ask daily, come up with things that not any or many other forums have, something that makes you stand out and something that your members will keep them visiting
