Report broken downloads in frame and email autorespond to blacklisted sites who want to submit.

Just to keep you updated, heres the situation:
- I've added a good few hooks
- Coded a couple of mods (free)
- Need to test it on someones site (probably frontline's)
- Should be released soon.
