I am selling the FOllowing WCDDL Skin (Only Psd) (Its not Coded).

I have kept the elements search and users online on separate layers, just to make it easy for you. You can easily merge them if that will be your requirement.

Bidding Details:

2. Inc: 1$
3. Bin 12$

It will be Sold Only Once and to One Person only.

If You want it to be coded, you can ask other expert coders of WJ to code it for you after purchase.

However, if you only want to sell your design and make a quick buck, then that layout would be ok, but the person who buys it would be out of his mind.

Not to put you down, but seriously, people can do much better than that with paint. So, put effort into your work and you should be able to design better psd's which will attract people to you.
