Hello,

You can receive a payout from another Payoneer partner using your Instaforex Payoneer Card.

In order to do this you have to add the partner to you account as a payment option, there is a great explanation on our blog you can read, http://blog.payoneer.com/?p=41.

If you are unsure where to receive the sign up link, you should ask the partner to send it to you.
