Reason I'm selling this site is 'cuz I have a big project coming up, gonna invest a lot in it and that's why I'm forking up all the cash I can get.

The site is http://www.warezxtc.com

It receives around 200 UV's per day at the moment without submitting to any DDL sites and we haven't started linkbuilding yet.

The site has been SEO'd very well (onsite) with features such as recent searches, dynamic H1 tags, related posts, breadcrumbs and more. Once you start link-building (off-site SEO) the site's traffic will rocket up. The SEO alone would cost you atleast $75.

The site also has it's on custom link checker which is automatically integrated into very post, example: http://www.warezxtc.com/link-checker/?id=256.

Currently there are a total of 120 uploads in the database, which have all been hand uploaded.

Well overall, this site has very high potential, all you have to do is advertise a lil' and do some linkbuilding.

Not even a week later after you made that reply it's for sale. I knew well you wouldn't keep it but anyway best of luck.
