Nice theme and logo is good.I will give it a rating of 7/10.
I suggest you remove the ads until your forum will get a little popular ;)

Get rid of that banner in your header. The one in your foother is ok. But do not exaggerate :) you are just starting out , so if people see that they landed on a addfarm, they will leave very soon. And if you place to much adds, hmm, well I guess the reason you put them there is quite obvious. :P

Good domain name you picked. But for some reason the first impression I got from your logo, was that it looked like the logo from WBB

Its not really a default theme anymore, I changed everything in the theme to match my logo. I worked a lot in the theme.
