I think you are getting traffic because of WJ.
I checked your site and the stats were Currently Active Users: 1 (0 members and 1 guests and 0 Spiders)
and the guest that it was pointing must be me.

You may need to sub forum your forums and move the katz buttons under the navar bar, it effect on the logo place when you add it above. you can change the logo later

When did people decide to stop giving reviews and reply with useless comments?

The skin is nice and clean, light on images so that will assist your SEO. You must be a 1*, therefore you are required to display that Katz images how you have them. But, I would suggest being consistent, and adding these buttons so that they flow; not abrupt.

You desperately need to go over forum home, make sure everything is spelled correctly, and that you have accurately described each forum.

The graphics needs to be redone immediately. A user looks at the site, if they don't like it, their just going to "x" out and look someplace else.
