Yeh go for alibabahost they have a 1GBPS uplink that's shared with 15 other servers hence the unpredictable speeds at least with a host with 100mbps uplink you actually get what you payed for.

And the problems werent really "problems" they are people bitching, or the little feud that happened that was all resolved with cybercorp.us

People couldn't use their websites for over a week ....

Furthermore, OP, if you want 'real' warez (file) hosting, I don't think you will find a suitable host in this thread.

If just warez linking or adult hosting, offshoregod, scorpiohost and your247host are recommended.
