You can keep the 90 $ for shared hosting.... but PLEASE and i mean PLEASE let me download my files and transfer my domain www.furiogaming.com

This is unbeliveable btw. Your hosting for over 100 websites and there all just offline.. hosting 100 sites on 1 dedicated server with just 4 Gb ram does give u high cpu load,, not a miracle..
