I have read through a lot of the threads here as well as doing my own research. It seems like there is no perfect solution for hosting a warez linking forum that also has "legal adult" content. It seems the countries that have faster speeds are all cracking down and the countries that are not are slow and unreliable. And of course DMCA violations are always a concern. With all this in mind what if any hosts and host countries have you guys had the best experiences with.

I am thinking of starting with a VPS to host my forum. It will be a linking site with movies, music and legal adult. I a wanting at least 500GB of bandwidth to start and fast line speeds. I am also wanting to do anonymous domain registration and hosting. I will pay using LibertyReserve. If you have any advise it would be much appreciated. I have been a active uploader in the past and now want to run the show.

Hosts I have already looked into:

wrzhost - seems ok but bad reviews
wz2host - seems ok but bad reviews
hosts3 - seems ok but bad reviews
warez-host - seems ok but bad reviews
shinjiru - seems ok but bad reviews for slow speeds
CINIPAC - expensive and some bad reviews
ServeDome - TOLD ME THEY NO LONGER DO ANONYMOUS

the rest eithe do not allow my content or I am still looking into them...

I have read Russia is good but also slow and lots of scams. It spooks me a bit. I am wanting to do anonymous domain registration and hosting too so it even worries me more about scams. I want at least 500GB of bandwidth and fast line speeds.
 
russia is good hostkey are well known but not cheap they been selling since 2001

or look at ecatel nl

problem with domain theres no chance you get anonymous there might be but wont be cheap your best bet with a domain is fake your details which i been doing
 
stablelayer is crap I bought a netherlands vps and they gave me USA. I submitted ticket and they said they moved my vps to netherlands so i checked again but still USA. They made me wasted over a week on trying to get the correct vps

Those reviews. Every host has a bad review once in a while. I recommend WrzHost. Their shared hosting is crap but for a VPS it's good.

I have looked into knowin and they seem pretty good but I understand the Netherlands and Germany both are cracking down on warez...
 
i was searching like u and here what happened to me...
1. i registered for altushost.com, there hosting and servers was sux , a lot of downtime and very slow speed , i asked for refund and they gave my money back , took two month to back my domain from them, beside there support r sux
2.i registered for cryticalvps.com and they scammed me
3. i registered with stablelayer.eu and they scammed me either
4.and now its been like 2 month for me in http://www.pakdevs.com/ and im very comfortable with them , and the asmin there is very trustfully and got good priced vps
however its up to u now
 
I am just giving my personal experience. I have had no downtime or problems yet. They are doing a good job for my company in the US location.
