want to register but i have no idea help me!!
last day i created a website domain name http://naughyblog.webs.com/
and try to register for free or in less rate i can pay only thrugh alertpay that is the only one option i have can any body tell me how i can register in free or in less rate like 3 to 5$ plz help me out

You mean you want a Domain name. Like sitename.com .You want register your site as naughtyblog.com . If so 3-5$ with AP is not possible. For registering site, you need to find domain regitrar. I suggest Namecheap,Namesilo. Namesilo has AP but 9$

No they wont guide, They just provide information if you need. Never discuss warez with any company unless its offshore. They dont give you server. Google is always best friend (y)
