yes for small files, eg. torrent, jpg
no for big files, eg. movie (avi/wmv/mp4/etc)
usually those shared hosting plan they will allocate you something like 5GB space only even though they advertised it as unlimited storage space. if you use more than their allocated space then get ready to be suspended.
