You havent explained why your traffic is "bottlenecked" - it could be a number of things. What are your peak CPU and Memory consumption? How much traffic does your site and/or server get? What port speed does your server have?

it wouldnt harm my current config and the script execution right ?

RAM consumption and CPU is the bottleneck as my site works with image GD

so i installed varnish as image caching would help me

and port speed is 100 MBPS.

I cant help you if you refuse to answer my questions. Read my post again and answer it properly using numbers, not the word "bottleneck". And please answer them all.

Jayfella sorry for that

let me be crystal clear !

my Current specs are :
2GB minimum RAM / 2.5 Burstable
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5520 @ 2.27GHz (2)
CentOS release 5.8 (Final)
Current RAM Usage :
1.96/2 used

so currently RAM is used highly !

want soln to this ?

You still havent answered all of the questions. Im not going to continually ask you again and again, so instead ill assume that mysql is murdering your system as a result of wordpress and its impeccable history of owning servers.

Enable MySQL slow query log:

all i want to know is Sir

Its impossible to tell. Use localhost on your home machine or in a VM to test. Lightppd/nginx are very good, but its impossible to tell why your server is maxed out with the information you gave. It would first be a very wise move to find out exactly what is causing the high load. You would then want to try to fix or at least lessen the intensity of the operation causing the problem. IF you feel that you have exhausted every situation and there is nothing else left, that is when you start looking at lightppd/nginx.
