Buy direct from dc, not from reseller. THE ONLY exception I have here on wj for resellers is rapidspeeds.

As suggested by others, its your best bet to buy dedicated server directly from the data center. However, I'd advise you to be careful as ticket response rate is not too good when it comes to offshore data centers. You might also want to take a look at BurstNET.
