Pakistani hackers, just like any other 'cyber army', are faggot kids with no life making use of 0day exploits posted on sec bulletins. They don't have 'real skill', just access to information a few minutes/hours before everyone else.
EDIT: Looks like DNS poisoning more than just a hack. Clearly the 'hacker' is just a skid.
