Something seems to be wrong with either the Tier 5 category or with Greece.
Cyprus is Tier 4 and Greece is Tier 5, but based on statistics, the difference in views per dollar is huge!
I should also note that the difference between Tier 4 and Tier 5 is only $2, so it doesn't make sense.
