Hoping issues with your Russian servers do not continue! Also how long does it take to receive your VPS details after payment?

We fixed the kernel issue with Russia
We will be offering The Netherlands VPS service too.
also it is instant activation soon as we get more ipv4 ips.

On your shared hosting anyway I could pay a little more for more Bandwidth? I know I use atleast 3tb a month it changes each month and Ive never exceed 6TB in a month. I run a Phone Development Mirroring Site, 99.9% of all files are ALWAYS uploaded by me and the files are all 100% legal!

I would LOVE to have shared instead of VPS as I cant afford to pay for VPS + cPanel I love cPanel a lot more than these other panels that VPS has. I just cant afford a cPanel license for a VPS.
 
Would all of that be fine on a Shared account? How much would a plan cost if I wanted the $10 shared account plus to have a total of 5TB of BW>?
 
I have more then 1 month now a vps from vpsdatabase and im very satisfied.
Problems get fixed almost instantly. Downtimes is near 0.
So its a very good VPS for a small price.
