I bought a VPS has one day and I was not online 7 hours. I have a VPS located in Moscow.
It has 24 hours to have a problem with Moscow VPS.

Please Do something or return money!
 
***Issue***
I have sent an e-mail and posted and update problem on the website.
The Russian Server has been giving me some Kernel Issue.
I am investigating on what the problem is and fixing it right now.
The VPS are back online while I check the main problem on the Server
