We have very limited availability in both of those locations right now. We'll keep your trial order on hold and set it up as soon as possible, or we could provide a trial in one of our USA locations instead.

O shit i signed up few days ago and when i started to really work the VPS not respond.
Very very slow and poor performance, very slow speed, i cant do anything with this.
It seems that the servers are a lot overloaded, dont like this...
The worst of that are i signed up for a VPS 4GB 250GB for 6 months and spended up a 300$ and i have a totally unusable VPS.. :facepalm:
If this are not solved tomorrow i hope that their refund me my money or i open a dispute on paypal.

Can you please PM me some more details about this? We work very hard to ensure the stability and performance of our networks, so if you're seeing anything but excellent performance, there is something wrong. Let's get you migrated to a server that will serve your applications better.
Please also know that there is never any need to open a PayPal dispute, we will always work with you!

Im talking about this with te online support if you want more information but the main problem are the very poor performance that i have in my vps, they solve issue temporary for a few little time but after some minutes against the same problem, my vps turns totally unusable, 15-20 seconds loading my site, ssh disconnecting etc...
I spended more money in purchase 4gb ram on my vps for that i can get good performance and do compress/decompress and some tasks with good/decent speed and results that my vps not working...
Works bests my 15 $ shared hosting working with rapidleech, torrent and forum at the same time that this vps.

Thanks for the info. To me this sounds like a case of a node being abused by other clients, resulting in bad performance for you. We try to prevent this from happening, but it can happen occasionally.
If you can PM me the location or host server your VPS is on, I will check the situation personally, otherwise I will get with Chris to see what has already been covered. Either way, we need to find a solution for you immediately -- if someone is saying that our service is worse than shared hosting, there is a BIG problem, and it will be our #1 priority to resolve.
