Vps opening kloxo opening but site not !

Hey guyz my website

is not opening most probably apache is stoping responding again and again altough i can access vps and kloxo properly.I have to again and again restart apache :'(.
Any one knows why is it happening so and how to fix out this problem?
Also I noticed that a large number of multiple ports are being randomly opened on my ip.
Example
myip:5555
myip:6666

Perhaps some bot is doing this but I am unable to distinguish ip of that bot cuz per ip only few connections are being opened.

It seems to be up for me
