The package that I subscribe is Super VPS NL, USD 17.95, and the expiry date is on 08/01/2012.

Yes but that usage policy isn't giving you 1000mbps.

Is it a scam customers? Why not just write the actual speed of 5Mbps or 10Mbps and max.50Mbps?
