VPS Litespeed Rapidleech

hi,
i have a problem when running rapidleech on VPS with Litespeed, it couldn't download link at port 443, try wget from SHH i get no problem.
Test leech the same link on rapidleech on VPS with apache it works fine.
Test link:

https://www.win-rar.com/downloads/rar/winrar-x64-393.exe

The error message i get

Couldn't connect to www.win-rar.com at port 443

but i want to do making it work also with https link, because it works on apache, so i think i must config somethings on litespeed so need your help
