VPS IP banned

I want to buy VPS.How do i know if servers IP banned or not by filehost e.g. Oron.Tnx and sorry for my bad english.

there are php scripts on rapidleech.com to check whether your server is banned or not

I know for that script.But i must first purchase vps to put that script on it.
And then you see this

well you have to buy the vps first, there's no way to know whether the ip is banned or not unless you test it yourself. but tell you what, as far i know filehosts like fileserve/filejungle/uploadstation banned the entire subnets of some provider like OVH (france). so it's best to avoid OVH if you are gonna use it for filehosts i've mentioned above

for oron, i don't think it's banned on OVH (i got like 3 servers on OVH, none are banned from oron)

yeah i know mate, one of mine was actually banned some months a go but last time i checked again, the ban has been removed.

so at least, oron doesn't permanently banned ip like fileserve and the like 8-)

Rapidleech is really good for check if IT is banned or not.
